Disclosure of data to third parties

As part of the application process

Personal data we receive as a result of applications is processed in accordance with Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) in conjunction with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of the GDPR in order to conduct the application process and assess the suitability of the application for the respective position.

As part of the application process, personal data may be forwarded internally to the respective department heads who participate in the decision-making process regarding the filling of the respective position. In the event of a rejection, applicant data will be deleted after 6 months. If you have consented to the further storage of your personal data, your data will be added to our applicant pool and deleted after 2 years. Data processing takes place exclusively in data centers located in Germany.

We store personal data only as long as is necessary for the aforementioned purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.
